WebworkJavaScript Lite

JavaScript is a powerful scripting language for adding sophisticated interactive capabilities to HTML-based web pages. It is supported by Netscape v3 & up and versions 4 & up of Internet Explorer.

Many web designers who use JavaScript (including the one who is writing this) don't really "know" the JavaScript language - they simply cut and paste code from one of the good script sources on the web such as The JavaScript Guide or The JavaScript Source.

The JavaScript section of the Webwork site is not intended to be complete, comprehensive or even all that educational. It is simply a small collection of easily-installed scripts that do some pretty useful things.

The scripts:

  1. OnMouseOver Status Bar Message
  2. OnMouseOver Image Changes
  3. Popup Window
  4. Back one page
  5. Alert Popup
  6. Random Image on Reload
  7. Random Images on Reload
  8. Random Image Auto-Rotator
  9. Random Image onClick
  10. Complex Randomized Images
  11. Background Color Change
  12. Pull-down Navigation Menu
