There vs. They're vs. Their vs. Thier

Their house is over there.
They're going to their house.
There is only one way to get there.


Spelling their correctly (not thier) is a different problem. Unfortunately, it's one of those words that, as you stare at it for a while,  looks wrong with either spelling.

As with separate/seperate, think er = error:

 
 
 
Think: er = error:
their = correct
thier = error
