Sub-woofer cover is held on by two expansion clips which I broke when I removed them. On my last car, you could pull out the centers to release the tension. Since that didn't work, I just forced them. Never occurred to me to push in the centers but that's what you need to do. |

Guy in Honda's parts department said breaking them was the only way to get them off & that they are considered "disposable." A helpful visitor to this site set me straight on how they really work. |

It's a 6.5 inch dual voice coil - thus the two pairs of leads. I don't know of a 6.5 inch dual voice coil replacement. |
